水源為興發(fā)鋁材綜合廢水處理站的達(dá)標(biāo)排放水，主要污染物有：TDS、COD、重金屬、氨氮等，采用UF+RO的處理工藝，處理能力為2400T/D，2011年6月投入運(yùn)行，出水效果完全達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求，產(chǎn)品水回用于車間生產(chǎn)線。

The water source is the waste water that meets the discharge standard from the integrated wastewater treatment stationin the factory. Themajor pollutants areTDS, COD, heavy metal and ammonia, etc. Utilized the process of UF and RO. The treatmentcapacity is 2400T/D. The system is put into operation in June 2011. The effluent qualityhasfully met the design requirements, and the product wateris recycled to the production line in theworkshop.
